Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please ensure you carefully check the product page, quality & sizing page, and all other information provided on our website prior to placing an order with us.

Please note that all parcels returned to sender (by Fuoriserie Co) due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, acceptance refusal or unclaimed from the post office will incur a re-sending fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent will be required to pay this fee. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

In the event that your order is received damaged in transit, we ask that you please notify us via ASAP.  As we ship through a third party service, we do not hold responsibility for any damage caused in transit, however, we will do our best to communicate with the third party service to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

On purchasing with us at Fuoriserie Co you are accepting these terms.

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Fuoriserie Co. If you believe an item or services is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.
